Terms & Conditions
Memories Events Ltd requires consent from the purchaser to all images and data taken at events unless we have explicitly been asked to sign a contract stating otherwise.
Memories Events Ltd uses printers that need changing every 400 prints, so if this needs replacing during the event it can take up to 5 minutes to change.
Staff are trained technicians and have experience in troubleshooting technical faults. If there is a problem, the technician will try to resolve it ASAP and will also have a superior on call to help.
If for any reason on the night the photo branding isn’t working we will try to send a replacement to the booth attendant. On the rare occasion, we can’t correct an issue with the photo branding, we will use a blank version for the event, and post-event when the gallery is uploaded the branding will be placed on the photos.
Purchaser agrees that in all circumstances, Memories Events' liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the operational fee and not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract.
If for any reason the client cancels the booking within 6 months before the event, Memories Events will keep the deposit and any payments made up to point of cancellation as a result of declining other paid assignments.
It is hereby further agreed that the Purchaser should be held liable for any injury or damages to the Photo Booth or property involved with the Photo Booth provider during the operational time. If the purchaser or guest causes damage, members of his organisation, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not will be liable for any damage caused.
It is understood that if this is a “Rain or Shine” event, Memories Events Ltd’s compensation is in no way affected by adverse weather conditions. For outdoor events, the Purchaser shall provide overhead shelter for the setup area. Memories Events Ltd reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the photo booth service should the weather pose a potential danger to them, the equipment or attendees. Every effort will be made to continue the production. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The Photo booth provider’s compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
Please be advised that all assets owned by Memories Events Ltd cannot be relocated from the premises upon which our team has installed them. It is your responsibility to ensure the proper care and maintenance of the aforementioned property once it has been entrusted to your care. In the event of any damage incurred, please note that the associated costs will be reflected in your final invoice
The purchaser agrees to pay Memories Events Ltd the following;
A non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. Services requested that exceed the agreed time frame will be charged at the rate of £100.00 per hour, payable the day of the event. It may not always be possible to provide additional performance time. However, when feasible, requests for extended photo time will be accommodated.
